Regardless of your current fitness level, your journey with Best Results Fitness begins with The 30-Day Trial.

During this time, we want you to test drive everything we have to offer and experience how exercise should feel. You’ll get to know the team, become familiar with our sessions and establish a training schedule that works for you. At the end of the trial, we won’t be twisting your arm to sign-up.

WHAT IF I HAVEN'T EXERCISED IN YEARS?

Don’t worry! We all have to start somewhere. Our bespoke training system caters for all ages and abilities. Whether you’re completely new to exercise, a keen gym-goer or a marathon trainer, we’ll help you progress at your pace and to the best of your ability.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T MAKE A SESSION?

 Plan your sessions carefully and find a routine that works for you. You can then book your classes ahead through our online system. If you can’t make a class, you can simply cancel online up to 12 hours in advance. That said, we understand life doesn’t always run smoothly, and if the unexpected happens, we will make an exception (within reason).

CAN I EXERCISE WITH AN INJURY?

 

Many of us experience some form of injury during our lifetime. Rest assured you’re in good hands. Our team of highly skilled coaches have the knowledge to work with injuries and adapt your programme according to your fitness needs at the time.
