WE OFFER SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING AND GROUP WORKOUT CLASSES.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING (SGPT)

Your tailor-made programme starts here. Each session follows a framework that works with your individual ability.

Full-body, time-efficient exercises set to your pace. You’ll get all the benefits of one-to-one training and the fun of a group. All members receive a bespoke nutrition plan and Myone fitness tracker.

ZONE MATCH

Embrace your competitive streak in this fun and fast-paced class. Using Myzone, each cardio and bodyweight exercise is given a target zone for you to reach.

The closer you get, the higher your Zone Match score moving you up the session leaderboard. Are you ready for the challenge?

SWEAT

Burn maximum calories in minimum time? Yes, please.

An intense workout guaranteed to get your heart racing and every muscle moving. Sweat pushes you to give your best on the day. Have fun, get fit and feel incredible.

Maximise muscle shape and tone with this intensive resistance training class.

Featuring a combination of higher repetition movements and circuit-style workouts, these sessions are ideal for toning the upper body and building lean muscle.

We need to understand what’s happening inside your body. As you progress, the percentages of body fat, lean muscle mass and water weight will change, affecting your overall body weight.  Our on-site InBody scanner gives you an accurate, non-intrusive, full body composition analysis in less than a minute. Every time you check-in with InBody, you’ll receive a detailed results sheet. This information enables us to tailor your programme at any time.

MYZONE BELT

Included in your membership is a Myzone belt, which uses wireless and cloud technology to monitor your physical activity. Wear this every time you exercise, and it cleverly converts your heart rate, calorie burn and exercise time into Myzone Effort Points (MEPs).  The colour coded zones show the intensity of your workout in real time. As a further incentive, your Myzone Status keeps track of your daily, weekly and monthly MEPs and moves you up the ranking system as you reach recommended targets.

WHAT IF I HAVEN'T EXERCISED IN YEARS?

Don’t worry! We all have to start somewhere. Our bespoke training system caters for all ages and abilities. Whether you’re completely new to exercise, a keen gym-goer or a marathon trainer, we’ll help you progress at your pace and to the best of your ability.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T MAKE A SESSION?

 Plan your sessions carefully and find a routine that works for you. You can then book your classes ahead through our online system. If you can’t make a class, you can simply cancel online up to 12 hours in advance. That said, we understand life doesn’t always run smoothly, and if the unexpected happens, we will make an exception (within reason).

CAN I EXERCISE WITH AN INJURY?

 

Many of us experience some form of injury during our lifetime. Rest assured you’re in good hands. Our team of highly skilled coaches have the knowledge to work with injuries and adapt your programme according to your fitness needs at the time.
